2021年11月,安徽省六安市上线省级医保信息化管理平台,新旧医保业务管理系统顺利交接。新系统运作一年来,舒城县通过医保基金运行季度分析发现,2022年医疗救助基金支出金额较2021年同期出现大幅增长。本文依据医保系统业务数据,从时间、医疗类别等多个角度全面分析2022年医疗救助基金增长的原因,以期为医保、民政等管理部门决策提供数据支撑。
Abstract
In November2021, Lu'an City of Anhui Province launched the provincial medical insurance information management platform, the old medical insurance management system was successfully handed over to the new one. After one-year operation of the new system, Shucheng County found that the expenditure of the medical assistance fund in2022has increased significantly compared with the same period in2021through the quarterly analysis of the medical insurance fund operation. Based on the business data of the medical insurance system, this paper comprehensively analyzed the reasons for the growth of medical assistance funds in2022from multiple aspects, with a view to providing data support for medical insurance, civil affairs, other management departments
