目的: 分析国内外医药价格监测经验,为优化医药价格监测机制提供参考和建议。方法: 分析国内外典型地区医药价格监测典型做法,明确监测难点,提出优化对策。结果: 各地逐渐开始探索基于招采平台的药品价格监测,但在全国范围内开展药品、医用耗材和医疗服务项目全品类、全流程的价格监测仍有挑战。结论: 构建系统的医药价格监管机制,形成闭环的医药价格监测体系;充分利用国家医保信息平台功能,提高监测效率;提升数据的准确性和全面性,客观反映医药价格信息;结合多种监测方式,辐射更大监测范围;提高医药价格监测应用水平。
Abstract
Objective: The paper analyzes the experience of drug price monitoring at home, abroad, provides reference, suggestions for optimizing the drug price monitoring mechanism. Methods: We analyze the typical practices of drug price monitoring in typical regions at home, abroad, identify the difficulties in monitoring, propose optimization countermeasures. Results: All regions gradually began to explore the drug price monitoring based on the bidding, procurement platform, but there were still challenges to carry out whole-process price monitoring of drugs, medical consumables, medical service projects across the country. Conclusion: We need establish a systematic drug price supervision mechanism to form a closed-loop drug price monitoring system, make full use of the national medical insurance information platform to improve the monitoring efficiency, improve the accuracy, comprehensiveness of data to objectively reflect medical price information, combine with a variety of monitoring methods to reach a wider monitoring range, improve the application of medical price monitoring
