摘要
医疗保障基金飞行检查是创新基金监管的重要方式,对持续巩固基金监管高压态势、发挥监管威力具有重要作用。本文通过介绍美国、英国等代表性国家开展医保、医疗等领域飞行检查的实践,在部门联动协同、大数据智能监管应用、“一事一指南”制度、整改管理等方面,为我国飞行检查制度发展提供借鉴和参考。
Abstract
The flight inspection of medical insurance fund is an important way to innovate fund supervision, which plays an important role in continuously consolidating the high pressure situation of fund supervision, giving play to the power of supervision. This article introduces the practice of carrying out flight inspection in medical insurance, medical care, other fields in the United States, the United Kingdom, other representative countries, provides reference for the development of China's flight inspection system in terms of department linkage, collaboration, big data intelligent supervision application, "one thing, one guide" system, rectification management
