目的 分析按病种分值付费对内分泌科患者治疗效果的影响。方法 根据医保支付方式改革前后,将某县人民医院2020年5月-2021年5月（改革前）120例内分泌科病例归为按项目付费组,将2021年6月-2022年5月（改革后）的68例归为按病种分值付费组,对比分析两组患者的住院费用、医保报销额度、自费额度、满意度、治疗效果。按项目付费组的检查、治疗等项目在出院后统一结算;按病种分值付费组根据疾病类型进行相应支付。结果 按病种分值付费组的住院费用、自费额度低于按项目付费组（P<0.05）,满意度高于按项目付费组（P<0.05）,98.53%的治疗总有效率高于按项目付费组的89.17%（P<0.05）。结论 按病种分值付费能减少参保患者住院费用和自费额度,提高医保基金使用效率,使医院获得较高的患者满意度及治疗效果。

Objective: The paper analyzes the influence of DIP on the therapeutic effect of patients in the endocrinology department. Methods: 120patients from the endocrinology department of People's Hospital in a county from May2020to May2021were selected as the fee-for-service group, 68patients from June2021to May2022were selected as the DIP group. The hospitalization expenses, reimbursement amount of medical insurance, self-expense amount, satisfaction, treatment effect of the two groups were compared, analyzed. The examination, treatment, other items of the fee-for-service group shall be settled uniformly after discharge. The DIP group will be paid according to the disease type. Results: The inpatient expenses, the amount of self payment in the DIP group were lower than those in the fee-for-service group （P<0.05）, the satisfaction was higher than that in the fee-for-service group （P<0.05）. The total effective rate of98.53% in the DIP group was higher than that of89.17% in the fee-for-service group （P<0.05）. Conclusion: The DIP can reduce hospitalization expenses, the amount of self payment, improve the efficiency of medical insurance fund, make the hospital obtain higher patient satisfaction, better treatment effects
