摘要

本文以2022年4月至9月北京市东城区5家医院的DRG付费运行情况为例,对比2014年—2021年同期住院病例数据,分析北京CHS-DRG付费改革对医院、患者、医保基金管理的影响,探讨存在的问题并提出建议,为进一步深化DRG支付方式改革提供参考借鉴。

Abstract

The paper takes the actual operation of in5hospitals in Dongcheng District of Beijing from April to September2022as an example, compares it with the same period from2014to2021to analyze the impact of Beijing CHS-DRG payment reform on hospital, patient, medical insurance fund management. Also, it discusses the problems, puts forward suggestions, providing reference for deepening DRG payment reform
