案例报告指南（CAse REport Guidelines, CARE）由多学科国际专家共同制定,旨在规范临床实践中案例报告的撰写,提升案例报告的准确性、透明度与实用性。本文介绍了基于CARE条目的扩展,用以医院按疾病诊断相关分组付费病例的医保管理案例报告指南（CARE for Diagnosis-Related Groups-based Payment,CARE-DRG）,旨在为医院医保管理提供规范化的病组研究和案例教学工具,以期提升医院临床病组的医保管理案例报告质量。
Abstract
To improve the consistency of information contained in case reports, the CAREwas developed, published for the medical community by international experts with multi-disciplinary background. This article reports an adaptation of the CARE guidelines for Diagnosis-Related Groups-based payment case report（CARE-DRG）based on a consensus process in the Chinese setting. We believe the implementation of the CARE-DRG by medical journals, authors could contribute to improving the completeness, transparency of case reports for DRG-based payment, insurance audit
