我国长期护理保险历经10多年探索及国家试点,积累了大量实践和理论研究成果,但学界对供给侧尤其是对重要供给侧载体的社会化平台服务的研究相对缺乏。本文以长护险管理服务创新和供给侧能力提升为切入点,分析我国长护险社会化服务平台建设的背景和必要性,提出搭建长护险社会化服务平台的建议和初步构想,以为相关决策和研究提供参考。

China's long-term care insurance has experienced more than 10 years, from spontaneous exploration to national pilots, and has accumulated some practical experience and theoretical achievements. However, the academic studies on the supply side, especially research on the socialized platform services of important supply side carriers, are relatively not enough. This paper takes the innovation of long-term care insurance management service and the improvement of supply side capacity as the starting point, analyzes the background and necessity of socialized long-term care insurance service platform in China, and puts forward suggestions and preliminary ideas for building a socialized service platform for long-term care insurance, so as to provide reference for decision-making and research.
