目的: 探讨基于家庭的护理干预在慢性乙肝中的预防效果及对住院费用的影响。方法: 选择2020年3月-2021年5月慢性乙肝患者92例作为本次研究对象,患者经检查后完全符合慢性乙肝有关临床表现。其中,男50例,女42例,年龄45岁-70岁。将92例患者分为2组,随机46人为一组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组联合基于家庭的护理干预,观察及总结4周护理后患者的自我管理水平、住院费用、满意度和依从性。结果: 研究组患者的生活方式、服药依从、自我检测、求诊意识各项评分高于对照组（P<0.05）,满意度、治疗依从性评分同样高于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组住院费用低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论: 基于家庭的护理干预对于慢性乙肝患者而言具有诸多优势,利于改善临床表现,提升自我管理水平,减少患者住院费用负担,值得推广应用。

Objective: The paper explores the preventive effect of home-based nursing intervention in chronic hepatitis B and its impact on hospitalization expenses. Methods: 92 patients with chronic hepatitis B from March 2020 to may 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the research group was combined with family-based nursing intervention. After 4 weeks of nursing, the self-management level, hospitalization expenses, satisfaction and compliance of patients were observed and summarized. Results: The scores of lifestyle, medication compliance, self-examination and consultation consciousness in the research group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of satisfaction and compliance, and hospitalization expenses were also higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Family-based nursing intervention has many advantages for patients with chronic hepatitis B, which is conducive to improving clinical performance, improving self-management level, and reducing the hospitalization cost. It is worth popularizing and applying.
