摘要
在全民医保背景下,公立医院与医保的关系日益密切,医保管理在公立医院管理中越发重要。公立医院的医保从业者作为医保工作的重要力量,职能地位日益重要。本文通过对福州市15家二级以上公立医院的27名医保从业者进行问卷调查和访谈,分析公立医院医保从业人员的现状、医保工作面临的新挑战,探讨如何建立一支符合时代需求、有能力、高素质的医院医保管理人才队伍,为医院、社会提供更优质的医保服务。
Abstract
Under the background of universal medical insurance, the relationship between public hospitals and medical insurance is increasingly close, and medical insurance management is becoming more and more important in public hospital management. As the main force of medical insurance work, medical insurance practitioners in hospitals play an increasingly important role. This paper conducts a questionnaire survey and interviews with 27 medical insurance practitioners in 15 public hospitals above Level II in Fuzhou to analyze the current situation of medical insurance practitioners in hospitals and the new challenges in medical insurance work, with a view to establishing a capable high-quality hospital medical insurance management team that meets the needs of the time and provides better medical insurance services for hospitals and the society.
