摘要

医院物价管理不仅可以提高医院内部管理工作效率,而且可以稳定医保总额,和谐医患关系。为强化医院物价管理,本文介绍广东某三甲医院加强院内物价管理的组织架构、管理制度、信息平台建设的情况和取得的成效。

Abstract

Hospital price management can not only improve the efficiency of hospital internal management, but also stabilize the total amount of medical insurance fund and harmonize the doctor-patient relationship. In order to strengthen the hospital price management, this paper introduces the organizational structure, management system, information platform construction and the achievements of a 3A hospital in Guangdong Province to promote the hospital price management.
