医保电子凭证在医院的推广应用有助于优化医疗服务流程,满足线上线下的医保服务需求,使患者享受更加高效便捷的医保服务。本研究从就医流程、管理制度、推广效果三个方面分析当前医保电子凭证在医院推广使用过程中存在的突出问题。在此基础上,通过重构医疗服务流程、制定专项管理制度、强化常态化宣传推广,探讨提高医保电子凭证在医院中推广应用效果的方法,从而提高医保电子凭证结算率,减少患者就诊等待时间,提升患者就医体验。

The promotion and application of medical insurance electronic vouchers in hospitals can help optimize the medical service process, meet the needs of online and offline medical insurance services, and make patients enjoy more efficient and convenient medical insurance services. This study analyzed the prominent problems in the promotion and use of electronic medical insurance vouchers in hospitals from three aspects of medical treatment process, management system and promotion effect. On this basis, this paper discusses the specific methods to improve the application effect of medical insurance electronic certificate in hospitals by means of reconstructing the medical service process, formulating the special management system, and strengthening the normal publicity and promotion, so as to improve the settlement rate of medical insurance electronic voucher, reduce the waiting time of patients, and improve patients' medical experience.
