党中央、国务院高度重视医保基金的安全,虚构死亡人员信息骗取医保基金的行为给我们社会带来严重的危害,造成了医保基金的流失。本文通过典型案例分析指出医保中虚构死亡人员信息骗取医保基金存在的问题与对策。

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council attach great importance to the security of medical insurance fund. The act of fraudulently obtaining medical insurance fund by fictitious information of dead persons brought very serious harm to our society, resulting in the loss of medical insurance fund. Through the analysis of typical cases, this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures of fraudulently obtaining medical insurance fund by fictitious death information in medical insurance.
