目的: 了解医生及行政管理人员对DRG付费认知认可情况及其对诊疗行为的影响,为医院精细化管理和国家医保支付制度的完善推广提供建议。方法: 对医生、行政管理人员进行问卷调查,利用SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析。结果: 医生和行政管理人员对DRG认知情况自评较好,但客观了解程度不高,对DRG相关政策了解意愿较强,对DRG认可程度较高。医生和行政管理人员对DRG的认知认可程度会影响诊疗行为。建议: 加强针对性宣传和交流学习,建立完善正向反馈机制,对诊疗行为进行正向引导。

Objective: The paper investigates the cognition and recognition of DRG payment by doctors and administrators and its impact on medical behavior, and provides suggestions for the refinement of hospital management and the improvement and promotion of the national medical insurance payment system. Methods: Questionnaires for doctors and administrators were distributed and the data were analyed by SPSS. Results: Doctors and administrators have good self-assessment of DRG cognition with poor scores of objective questions, but the two groups have a strong willingness to understand DRG policies and show high recognition of DRG. The cognitive and recognition of DRG by doctors and administrators will affect the diagnosis and treatment behavior. Suggestion: Targeted publicity and training should be strengthened, the positive feedback mechanism should be established and improved, and positive guidance for diagnosis and treatment behavior should be conducted.
