摘要

针对新药新技术以及极值病例的“除外支付”机制一经出台,便引起了各方广泛关注,其中不乏分歧和争论,以科学的、全面的视角认识、解读DRG除外支付机制十分迫切。基于此,本文结合相关理论理念和各方共识,提出八个关键视角,用于深入认识、阐释DRG除外支付机制,希望促进学术与业务领域对于DRG除外支付机制的科学定位与认知。

Abstract

The introduction of the "excluded payment" mechanism for new drugs, new technologies and extreme cases have attracted widespread attention, including disagreements and debates, and it is urgent to understand and interpret the DRG excluded payment mechanism from a scientific and comprehensive perspective. Based on this, the paper proposes eight key perspectives for the in-depth understanding and interpretation of the DRG exclusion mechanism, combining relevant theoretical concepts and consensus, in the hope of promoting scientific positioning and recognition of the DRG exclusion mechanism in the academic and business fields.
