基于医疗服务价格政府规制理论,分析医疗服务理论价值、价格影响因素与价格调整的内在关系,进而按照医疗服务价格调整的三个阶段（价值测算、确定项目、价格水平调整）,分别提出医疗服务项目标化价值模型、调价项目确定模型和价格水平调整模型,为医疗服务价格动态调整提出一种参考方法和路径。
Abstract
Based on the theory of government regulation, this paper analyzes the internal relationship between medical service theoretical value, the influencing factors and price dynamic adjustment. According to the three stages of the medical services price adjustment (value measurement, pricing project definiteness, and price adjustment), the paper respectively puts forward standardized value measurement model, pricing project definiteness model and price adjustment model, which presents a reference method and path for dynamic adjustment of medical service price.
