摘要
2019年,安阳市开始推进DRG支付方式改革。两年多来,安阳市医保部门与医疗机构充分协商、联合推动改革,不断完善DRG付费体系,使之最大程度地贴合临床实际,取得了一定成效。
Abstract
In 2019, Anyang City began to promote the reform of DRG payment method. Over the past two years, Anyang Healthcare Security Bureau and medical institutions have fully negotiated and jointly promoted the reform, continuously improved the DRG payment system, made it fit the clinical practice to the greatest extent, and achieved certain results.
