摘要
如何适应经济社会创新发展的新要求,在坚持传统服务方式的同时,与时俱进地深入推进医保数字化转型,是建设智慧医保、推动医疗保障高质量发展的一个不可或缺的课题。本文梳理总结上海市医疗保障部门在数字化转型方面的探索经验,对照全国数字化和上海数字化发展的决策部署,结合发展面临的形势和挑战,立足新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,对上海构建医保数字化新发展格局,进一步提升医保管理服务数字化、智能化水平提出意见建议。
Abstract
How to adapt to the new requirements of economic and social innovation and development, keep pace with the times and deeply promote the digital transformation of healthcare security is an indispensable subject to build smart healthcare security and promote the high-quality development of healthcare security. This paper summarizes the exploration experience of Shanghai Healthcare Security Bureau in digital transformation, compares the decision-making and deployment of national and Shanghai digital development, and puts forward opinions and suggestions on building a new development pattern of healthcare security digitization in Shanghai and further improving the digital and intelligent level of healthcare security management services.
