Objective: This study intends to construct a set of trigger index system for dynamic adjustment of service price suitable for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) medical treatment, so that the diagnosis and treatment programs with TCM characteristics and significant therapeutic effects can be applied to the clinical practice in a more scientific way. Methods: Literature research, expert interviews and Delphi expert consultation method were used to validate and determine the indicator system, and the analytic hierarchy process method was used to determine the weighting coefficients for each indicator. Results: An indicator system for dynamic adjustment of TCM medical service price was constructed, which included 4 primary indicators, 6 secondary indicators and 18 tertiary indicators, and the weight coefficients were assigned to each tertiary indicator. Conclusion: The constructed indicator system of dynamic adjustment of TCM medical service price shows high scientificity and rigor, and fully considers the characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment, which is conducive to strengthening the construction of a dynamic adjustment evaluation index system for TCM medical service prices..
