Promoting high-quality development of the medical and health service industry through a series of measures is an important goal of China's healthcare security system. This article takes Leshan City, Sichuan Province as an example, starting from the pilot mechanism of medical service price reform and the DRG payment method reform mechanism, analyzes the countermeasures and focus of medical institutions in the two reforms, dynamically adjusts the DRG weight through the correlation between medical service price items and specific DRG cases, and explores the specific application path, problems, and promotion suggestions of the coordinated promotion of medical service price adjustment mechanism and DRG payment method reform.
