Comparative Study and Enlightenment on the Regulation of DRG Alienation Behavior in Typical Countries

Abstract

This article takes the DRG alienation behavior and regulatory strategies of typical countries as the research object. By organizing foreign literature and policies, it summarizes the DRG alienation behavior, regulatory frameworks and management mechanisms of DRG payment countries such as Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan. It compares the basic principles and main characteristics of DRG alienation behavior regulation in these countries, explores typical international DRG regulatory experience and enlightenment on China, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the regulation of DRG alienation behavior in China.
