Taking the transaction data of pharmaceutical and medical apparatus as the study object, by analyzing current situation and existing problems, and analyzing and thinking based on the examples of exploration and practice in Chongqing, this study focuses on the complete chain of pharmaceutical chain and the effectiveness of the coordinated development and governance of medical care, medical insurance and medicine, and presents the overall framework, planning and suggestion to transaction data of pharmaceutical and medical apparatus empowering the quality development of medical services supplying.
