This study summarizes the experience of tuberculosis regional total budget, the "outpatient plus inpatient" whole process standardized diagnosis and treatment bundled payment method per capita, and the constraint-incentive mechanism of "balance retention, overspending sharing" based on the assessment results in Baoding City, so as to stimulate endogenous power for the reform of tuberculosis payment method, and provide experience and practice for promoting the reform of diversified and compound medical insurance payment methods.
