This paper introduces the basic situation of the restructuring of hospitals attached to state-owned enterprises in China and conducts a theoretical analysis on the argument of "the impact of hospital restructuring on medicine distribution" from the perspective of economics, showing the positive impact of hospital reform on medicine distribution with the case analysis of a hospital attached to state-owned enterprises in China. The paper also makes an overview of the development of the Fresenius Helios Hospital Group and the pharmaceutical distribution market in Germany so that we can learn experience from the reform. Finally, it analyzes the current problems faced by hospitals attached to state-owned enterprise in China and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions such as promoting the separation of medical treatment and medicine.
