Abstract

With the reform of DRG payment mode in full swing, it is an important link to evaluate the performance of medical institution reform, which can promote the standardization and fine management of medical institutions. At present, some regions of our country have begun to explore the establishment of DRG performance appraisal system, but there are problems such as insufficient quality and ability assessment, weak operability of rating, lack of targeted management and so on. On the basis of expounding the theoretical basis of DRG performance appraisal and combining with the present situation of local performance appraisal, this paper analyzes the problems from three aspects of index, rating and management in the performance appraisal system, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions, in order to provide a reference for optimizing the performance evaluation program.
