Objective: We design an “Internet plus” medical insurance service model based on medical insurance electronic voucher, which integrates online booking and offline delivery. Methods: According to the "Online Ordering and Delivery by Store" pharmacy construction work plan of Zhejiang Province, the system of online booking and store delivery medical insurance settlement system was designed and developed with the help of "Internet plus" technology. Results: The system has realized the closed-loop process of online ordering, online consultation, offline dispensing and rider distribution. Meanwhile, the system has the functions of drug order management, order review, order settlement management, big data analysis and so on. Conclusion: "Online Ordering and Delivery by Store" is exploration of innovative "Internet plus" medical insurance service mode. We should enhance the supervision of online orders and speed up the reform of individual medical insurance accounts.
