The Holistic Governance Pathway to the Multi-level Healthcare Security System

Abstract

This paper explored the possible holistic governance pathways to the multi-level healthcare security system. The findings show that we should take the benefit checklists of healthcare security as control knobs to achieve coordination of the governance subjects of healthcare security. Also, the financing mechanism and payment policy should be improved to achieve the institutionalization of governance mechanism of healthcare security. Finally, it is also necessary to realize the modernization of healthcare security through the diversification of governance methods.
