The payment of long-term care insurance plays an important role in allocating long-term care service resources rationally, maintaining the balance of long-term care insurance fund and adjusting the behaviors of both the supply and demand parties of long-term care insurance. This paper takes the long-term care insurance pilot of W City as an example, adopts the method of investigation and research, summarizes the contents of the long-term care insurance payment method in W City, analyzes the problems existing in the implementation process, and puts forward suggestions to optimize the long-term care insurance payment method.
