During the COVID-19, the Internet medical industry welcomed multiple policy dividends, and eligible "Internet plus" medical service fees began to be included in the medical insurance payment. Taking Shanghai H Internet Hospital as an example, this paper introduces the development and challenges of medical insurance payment in Internet hospitals in China, and puts forward suggestions on establishing an online medical insurance doctor management system, formulating a list of Internet medical insurance services, and determining the payment standards for various services to be paid by medical insurance.
