In order to solve the problem of negotiated drug delivery and meet the reasonable drug use needs of the insured, China has established a dual-channel management mechanism. Through analyzing the implementation of the dual-channel policy in various regions, this paper summarizes the effectiveness and problems of the current dual-channel management in China, and explores effective measures to improve the dual-channel management mechanism, with a view to providing reference for the construction of the dual-channel management mechanism in China.
