Objective: The paper explored the application, payment method of continuous nursing intervention in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods: 60patients with abnormal uterine bleeding from January2019to January2022were selected as subjects, were divided into single disease payment group, non-single disease payment group according to different payment methods, i.e.36cases, 24cases respectively. The two groups of patients were treated with continuous nursing intervention. After the intervention, the effects of the two groups were evaluated, the bleeding duration, bleeding volume, hospitalization time, average hospitalization expenses, drug expenses, patient satisfaction, self-efficacy, the proportion of payment methods were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the non-single disease payment group, the single disease payment group was lower in bleeding duration, bleeding volume, hospitalization time, average hospitalization expenses, drug expenses. Patient satisfaction, self-efficacy, medical insurance proportion of medical insurance reimbursement of the single disease payment group is higher than the non-single disease payment group, the self payment proportion is lower in the single disease payment group than the non single disease payment group. Conclusion: Continuous nursing intervention can reduce the bleeding volume in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding, shorten the length of hospital stay. Choosing a single disease payment method can help improve patient satisfaction, reduce the average hospitalization expenses, main drug costs. The combination of the two can help patients with abnormal uterine bleeding recover, can improve the proportion of medical insurance reimbursement, reduce family economic pressure
