Objective: The paper analyzes the application of intelligent medical insurance management platform, which attempts to open up a new mode for hospital medical insurance services. Methods: Taking a Class III Grade A hospital in Jiangxi Province as an example, the smart medical insurance management platform was applied to the medical insurance business process, the effects before, after application of the platform were compared, analyzed.
