Research and Reflection on the Balance Retention Policy of the National Centralized Drug Procurement

Abstract

The balance retention policy is to encourage and guide medical institutions and doctors to use the selected drugs of national centralized procurement. This article analyzes the influencing factors of the balance by the research of national, provincial, and municipal balance retention policy, and provides some suggestions for decision-making.
