Analysis of Long-term Care Insurance in China from the Perspective of Fairness

Abstract
Population aging is an important social issue concerned by the government. This paper studies the current situation during the implementation of long-term care insurance from the three aspects of opportunity equity, process equity and outcome equity, analyzes the problems such as limited coverage, unfair resource allocation and proposes to expand coverage and optimize the allocation of nursing facility, in order to benefit the further development of long-term care insurance system.
