As an important part of modern hospital management, medical insurance management should strengthen the training of healthcare administrators in accordance with the requirements of medical insurance reform, so as to achieve the goal of hospital medical insurance fine management. This paper takes Hebei General Hospital as an example to introduce the current status of the hospital's medical insurance training oriented by post competency, summarize the existing problems, and explore the positive role and practical significance of systematic training oriented by post competency to improve hospital medical insurance management, ensure the safety of medical insurance funds, and improve patient satisfaction.
