Abstract

This paper expounds the alternative payment method, reform evolution process and effect in the process of exploring integrated medical practice in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, and combines the current situation in China to propose an integrated medical service model, explore appropriate medical insurance payment mechanisms, and coordinate to promote the reform of the medical and health service system
