Objective: The paper is to study and analyze the treatment costs and structure of patients with coronary heart disease, and to detect medical service to reduce the treatment costs. Methods: A total of 4000 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2020 to 2021 were selected as subjects. Univariate and multiple regression analysis were performed on the treatment cost. Results: The per capita treatment cost of patients was 9,000 yuan, and the proportion of the total cost was ordered as medical service fee, drug fee and diagnosis fee. The results showed that the age, complications and long hospital stay were the factors increasing hospitalization cost. Conclusion: The highest proportion of treatment cost of patients with coronary heart disease is medical service fee. Drugs should be used rationally, and supervision of drug use should be strengthened to optimize the treatment cost and results.
