In order to promote the implementation of outpatient mutual-aid mechanism of basic medical insurance for employees at the local level, the paper adopts questionnaires and expert evaluation to predict the problems existing in this reform, and puts forward suggestions to steadily promote outpatient mutual-aid mechanism of basic medical insurance for employees.
