Objective: The paper investigates the influencing factors of total hospitalization costs in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods: A total of 120 discharged patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Shenyang First People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects, and the total hospitalization costs of the patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression.Results: Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age increase, surgical treatment, increased surgical grade, medical insurance settlement, hospitalization time ≥10 d, doctor's order to leave the hospital, and the complication of hypertension, diabetes and other factors may increase hospitalization costs for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Conclusion: There are many factors affecting the total hospitalization cost of patients with acute myocardial infarction, and countermeasures should be formulated accordingly to regulate the medical service, improve medical service quality, save medical insurance fund, and truly benefit patients.
