China's public hospital reform has entered a new stage since the establishment of the National Healthcare Security Bureau. This paper reviews the overall impact of the new healthcare security system on the reform of public hospitals, and points out the main hinder factors from the public hospital's system. This paper also discuss the problems that need to be paid attention to and solved in the next reform if we want the healthcare security system support the reform of public hospitals.
