The centralized purchase of drugs in quantity has been normalized, institutionalized in China, but there are still problems to be solved in the management of the centralized purchase of drugs. On the basis of studying the development process of drug centralized purchasing in China, this paper introduces the practice of drug centralized purchasing management in a tertiary hospital in Jilin Province, shares the thoughts on the actual management work of the hospital, so as to provide reference for the further development of drug centralized purchasing policy in China
