Objective: The paper explores the application of programmed nursing intervention in patients with multiple injuries and its influence on hospitalization cost. Methods: Using random sampling method, 60 patients with multiple injuries treated in a first-class hospital of Fengtai District from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as subjects, and were divided into control group (n=30 cases) and observation group (n=30 cases) according to different nursing methods. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group adopted programmed nursing intervention. The hospitalization expenses and the influencing factors in the two groups were analyzed. Results: The operation cost, total medical cost and general treatment cost in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying programmed nursing intervention in patients with multiple injuries can reduce hospitalization expenses.
